We entered commercial territory with the acquisition of 27,000 Square Feet of fully tenanted commercial building in Portmore, St Catherine, Jamaica in 2017.
Our investment in the commercial landscape was deepened with the acquisition of 30,000 Square Feet of office/distribution building in New Port West, Kingston 13, Jamaica .
With an increasing portfolio in distinguished properties, we closed out 2017’s acquisitions with 1.7 acres of cosmopolitan residential land on Braemar Avenue, Kingston 5, Jamaica.
