3. When will the construction of VIA start and what is the projected completion timeline?

Construction commenced in January 2020 and the scheduled date of completion is October 2021.

4. Will the apartments include water heaters?

Yes, the apartments will include water heaters.

5. Will the apartment include kitchen appliances and AC Units?

No. The apartments will however be wired and piped for easy installation of air conditioning units and PREIT will negotiate special discounted packages for both AC’s and Kitchen appliances for the purchasers (to be purchased directly from suppliers).

6. How many elevators will the building have?

There will be two (2) elevators, one which will be large enough to accommodate furniture.

7. How will garbage be disposed of?

The building includes a garbage chute for garbage disposal which will then be moved to the garbage collection room at near the font entry for collection.
