Damian Scott is an accomplished and dedicated Construction Project Manager with a full complement of construction/design skills in renovation and new construction. He has an eye for detail and conducts cost analysis to determine project viability. Damian leverages strong budgetary management, marketing, and client development skills to cultivate new and generate referral business. He is skilled at utilizing critical and creative thinking to analyze situations as part of making effective and informed decisions. Damian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University, Washington, DC.

Damian has extensive experience in renovation and new construction. He is experienced in cost analysis to determine project viability, manages budgets, and cultivates new business through client development. Damian is a skilled team builder and leader with expertise in project planning, contract negotiations, and materials management. Some of Damian’s completed projects include Ground Up Construction of Pricesmart Club in Portmore, Jamaica, 2nd in Jamaica 50th Store Worldwide 2021-2022, 90,000 SQ/FT; Sandals Royal Caribbean Ground Up Construction Montego Bay 2020-2021, 60,000 SQ/FT; AC Hotel Sandals Executive Offices Kingston 2020-2021, 50,000 SQ/FT; Sandals South Coast 72 Room Renovation 2020-2021, 90,000 SQ/FT; Startek BPO Interior Fitout Kingston 2020, 50,000 SQ/FT; Continium Fit Out Montego Bay 2021, 50,000 SQ/FT; Residential Renovation Kingston Jamaica 2021-2022, 60,000 SQ/FT. Damian is currently working on Sandals Dunns River 120 Room Renovation 2021-2022, 120,000 SQ/FT; and Sandals Beaches Negril 120 Room Renovation 2022, 120,000 SQ/FT.

His extensive local and international experience makes him the perfect addition to the Proven Properties Team as we expand our reach locally and regionally.

Adam is an accomplished development professional with more than a decade of experience delivering large-scale projects within the built environment. With a background in architecture, PMP certification, and LEED accreditation, he brings a well-rounded perspective that blends design insight, project leadership, and a strong focus on sustainability.

Throughout his career, Adam has successfully led diverse project teams, managing every stage of development from early planning through to final delivery. He is recognized for his ability to simplify complex challenges, align stakeholders, and drive projects forward with efficiency and clarity.

His commitment to sustainable development is reflected in his involvement in several LEED-certified projects, including developments that have achieved Gold and Silver standards. His work consistently emphasizes practical, environmentally responsible solutions that add long-term value.

Tricia Tucker has an affinity for numbers and navigating the rigors of the industry with focus, dynamism and transformational thinking. Along with a deep rooted focus and commitment to excellence, Tricia has brought over ten years of auditing and accounting experience to her role as the Manager of Finance & Compliance at PROVEN Properties Limited.  A clinical negotiator and effective communicator, Tricia has successfully leveraged this experience to consistently achieve the “ABCs” namely, accurate and timely financial and accounting information, bank reconciliations and compliance of the regulatory obligations of the company with the stipulated law. Her ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and projects while adhering to strict deadlines are proven. 

Before coming to PROVEN Properties in May 2016, Tricia served as the Senior Auditor/Accountant at Mair Russell Grant Thornton (Chartered Accountants) and Junior Auditor/Accountant at C.R. Hylton and Company (Chartered Accountants). She is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ) and a Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since October 2019.

Ruth-Ann is an excellent and meticulous planner with over 10 years of experience in the development industry. As the Senior Manager, Business Development and Marketing, Ms. Lacey will lead and support strategic initiatives that include enterprise growth, business ventures, corporate partnerships and other strategic relationships; while overseeing existing and new marketing and sales-related programs.

Ruth-Ann brings a wealth of experience from previous positions leading strategic business development, data management and urban and regional planning efforts for project development and environmental engineering firms like the National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA) and Conrad Douglas & Associates Limited. She was the driving force behind several major projects ranging from hotel building – mining operations – natural gas storage and power plant infrastructure. Lacey was integral in the National Heroes Park Redevelopment as Project Coordinator with the Cornerstone Ministries; coordinating all community development, community empowerment and capacity building activities. 

With her personal goals and a strong focus on development control, alongside her passion for client relationships, where she takes pride in providing unparalleled customer service, Lacey is a PROVEN leader with a track record of delivering premium service in all her capacities. She attributes her success to her excellent time management, organisation and leadership skills.

A graduate of the University of Technology, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning International Trade; and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science degree in international trade at the European Business School in Barcelona. She is a certified AMANDA Product Specialist by CDSC, an automation software developed to aid in the development approval process for the Government of Jamaica, allowing for online submission of applications and greater transparency in the process. Ruth-Ann is also trained in LNG (Liquefied natural gas) and natural gas as well as in LNG fire control and fire suppression.

Greaville Smith is an effective team player and detail-oriented construction project manager with over 10 years of extensive construction experience. He has a proven track record of successful project management and leadership skills, which he eagerly applies to his role as Senior Project Manager in project cost control, on-time project completions, detailed project recording, and standard procurement procedures for both company and clients.

With experience as a Project Manager at Marshall Construction Ltd., Site Manager at Garcon Construction Ltd., and Project Manager and Quality Assurance Supervisor at Marshall Construction Ltd., Greaville has demonstrated his abilities to oversee all aspects of construction projects. 

Natalie Sawyers is a sales savant, consistently exceeding sales and customer service goals and expectations with ease. A combination of dynamism, high level engagement, keen attention to detail and  endearment is what you can expect when working with Natalie. Her statistics read that in the past five years she has sold 135 residential properties totalling J$4 billion Jamaican dollars in revenue. With over eighteen years experience in the financial and real estate industries, her track record for effective leadership and enthusiasm for buyers turning the key of their latest investment sooner than later are proven.  

Before joining the PROVEN Properties Limited team as a Sales and Customer Service Associate in October 2019, Natalie was a sales associate at West Indies Home Contractors Limited (WIHCON) where she achieved the distinction of Top Sales Agent having sold the most houses year over year 2017 & 2018. Prior to this she amassed extensive banking and customer service experience from her roles as Senior Banking Officer and Senior Customer Service representative between 2001 and 2011.

As Marketing & Customer Service Officer at PROVEN Properties Limited, Philippa Wilson plays an integral role in shaping the company’s brand presence and client experience. With a background spanning customer relations, operations management, and design, she brings a refined balance of creativity and strategic execution to her work. Philippa is responsible for communicating PROVEN Properties’ commitment to excellence through engaging marketing initiatives, client-focused service delivery, and visually compelling brand materials.

A past student of Savannah College of Art and Design with a focus on a BFA in Interior Design, she combines her creative foundation with strong organizational and communication skills developed across diverse international experiences.
