Christopher Nakash is deeply interested in optimization and the technical requirements for value creation. Christopher is the Chief Executive Officer of Nakash Construction Equipment Limited and has leveraged this experience in helping to shape critical decisions about forging a path of dominance in the real estate industry. He is a director of the Riverton Improvement Association, Runaway Bay Resorts Limited, Arel Ltd. and General Accident Insurance Company. He has a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick in Canada. Christopher’s affinity for top results is PROVEN. 

In his capacity as the CEO of PROVEN Group, Johann Heaven offers executive strategic leadership for the extensive portfolio of companies with holdings exceeding US$1 billion. He has the responsibility of overseeing the organisation’s complete operations, while also steering the Group’s strategic direction and leadership to fulfil its overarching goals and objectives. 

With over twenty years of experience in finance and banking, Mr. Heaven has developed a wide range of skills in financial analysis, mergers, and acquisitions, financial advisory, treasury and asset management, strategic planning, and corporate finance. He has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the companies he has been involved with. 

Mr. Heaven is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification. He earned his Master’s degree in Finance from the University of London.

Charmaine Boyd-Walker’s keen attention to detail and meticulous approach to driving results. She is an effective collaborator with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple resources and projects to achieve the desired results with high impact. Her affinity for developing major financial policies and procedures to protect the integrity of the institution is proven.  

Charmaine has cultivated extensive and dynamic experience in the financial arena spanning over two decades having previously worked for Guardian Life Limited, Guardian Asset Management and Price Waterhouse Coopers. She holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Manchester Business School and a Certification in International Risk Management (CIRM). 

Sherri Murray is a master connector whose quiet force delivers exceptional impact while being the consummate team player. A management professional with over twenty years’ experience in Investment Banking in Jamaica, Sherri serves as the Vice President, Operations & HR at PROVEN Management Ltd. She is known for building and enabling dynamic teams who are relentless in their pursuit of excellence and the highest service to their stakeholders. Her ability to navigate the rigors of operational management while prioritizing the people she manages is proven. 

Strategic human resource management and operational and Board support form a few of the core duties Sherri performs as the Company Secretary for PROVEN Management Ltd, PROVEN Wealth Ltd and PROVEN Properties Ltd. Mrs. Murray has a B.Sc. (First Class Hons) from the University of the West Indies and an MBA in Finance & International Business from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.

Andrew Issa is the real estate mogul and visionary behind Coldwell Banker Jamaica Realty which has grown to become a beacon of top performance and high sales under the Coldwell Banker franchise globally.  Andrew’s invaluable insights and dominance in the real estate industry for decades have helped to shape the PROVEN Properties Ltd. approach to exceptional real estate solutions and to drive remarkable results. Andrew’s strategic and successful navigation of the real estate landscape regionally and internationally with a vision of growth, high performance, and excellence is proven.

An expansive career in business management and enterprise development, Andrew has an award-winning entrepreneurial acumen through BHI Limited, a company which produced Ostrov Vodka, and with which he won the ‘Le Monde Selection Gold Medal’. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA Hons.), from the University Of Tampa, Florida and a Bachelor of Arts (BA), from the University Of San Diego, California; he is a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Business Honours Society.

Mr. Lenworth Kelly serves on the Board of Directors of PROVEN Properties Limited, bringing over three decades of expertise in construction, engineering, and real estate development. Lenworth is a Professional Engineer and Project Director at Nubian-1 Construction Limited.

Lenworth also serves on the Board of the National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) and is the Chairman of the Technical and Operations Committee at NSWMA. Mr. Kelly is a past president of the Incorporated Masterbuilders Association of Jamaica (IMAJ), where he championed industry standards and workforce development and led the organization from 2019 – 2024. He is a member of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers (JIE) where he served as President from 2010-2011. His career spans senior roles in both private and public sector initiatives, with a focus on strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder engagement.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and has contributed to national dialogues on housing, urban planning, and investment in Jamaica’s real estate landscape.

Winston Hayden challenges the status quo with his analytical and broad-thinking approach to value creation. From the qualitative to the quantitative, Winston believes in critically asking why until the best result is achieved. It is this inquisitive thinking that has served us well by having him as a director on our board. With specialized training in financial modeling, systems analysis and executive solutions, Mr Hayden has led post-project evaluations for the World Bank and the IDB. He has managed major international bond/loan programmes (US$120M via JP Morgan and US$200M via Bear Stearns) on behalf of Clarendon Alumina Production when he was Managing Director. Winston’s prowess in completing multi-million dollar financial transactions and preparing valuation studies with competence and due diligence is proven. 

For over three decades, he has traversed both the public and private sector as a Corporate Executive, Financial Manager, Systems Analyst, Project Manager and Business Consultant. Winston has a Master of Business Administration (MBA, Distinction), Nova University, FL (1986), Bachelor of Science (Professional Management), Nova University, FL (1983) and Diploma in Computer Programming, Career Training Institute, Boston, MA (1973)

Described as a “humble man with a brilliant mind”, Patrick A. Chin has brought his extensive auditing expertise and background, meticulous manner and detail-oriented approach to creating value to the PROVEN Properties Ltd. board as the Chairman of the Audit and Compliance Committee. As a former Audit Partner at KPMG, for over two decades, Patrick successfully managed and serviced a portfolio of clients from a wide cross-section of industries/business sectors (Financial, Manufacturing, Health, Tourism, Distribution, Public, Not-for-profit etc) while ensuring the satisfactory execution of audits in accordance with International Auditing Standards. He is a technical thinker who believes in having a 360 view of any endeavour to ensure that most if not all considerations are onboarded. Patrick’s clinical approach to audits, voracious appetite for reading, and keen attention to detail are proven. 

Patrick is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (Member in retirement 2013) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) (Member in retirement 2013). He currently is the Director / Chairman of the Audit Committee of FINSAC/Financial Institutions Services Limited and is a member of the Audit Committee of JN General Insurance Company Limited.

Kelvin Kerr is the Managing Partner at Davidson & Hanna Chartered Quantity Surveyors and has spent over 20 years laying the foundation for iconic developments that have elevated the real estate landscape in Jamaica; which makes him a well-suited director for the PROVEN Properties Ltd. board. With a steady pulse on the ever-evolving world of quantity surveying, Kelvin prioritizes the utilization of cutting edge technology to optimize service delivery to clients while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.Kelvin has cultivated extensive experience in Civil  Engineering Contracts and technologies which have helped to advance his professional growth. Kelvin’s clinical approach to real estate disruption is proven.

Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying (Hons) degree from the University of Greenwich, England and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the University of Technology, Jamaica ( formerly CAST). He is an Elected Member of the Jamaican Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MJIQS, 2008) and an Elected Professional Member, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS, 2008).

Peter Bunting plays a strategic advisory role in the company’s development, and champions its values of Integrity, Respect, and Results. He built his reputation in the financial sector as a co-founder of one of Jamaica’s most innovative and successful financial institutions – Dehring Bunting & Golding Limited (DB&G). Peter contributes significantly to nation building as the Leader of Opposition Business in the House of Representatives and was formerly a Member of Parliament for Central Manchester. He also served as Minister of National Security, General Secretary for the People’s National Party, Chairman of the National Water Commission, Chairman of JAMPRO, and CEO of the National Investment Bank of Jamaica. Peter’s impeccable business acumen and transformational leadership is proven.
