In 2016, in Bloomfield, Mandeville, Jamaica, we acquired 9 acres of breathtaking mountainscape land which will become the home of Jamaica’s first mixed-use property offering the functionality of both residential and commercial developments.
In the highly sought after Kingston 6 neighbourhood, we acquired 1.8 acres of prime residential land off Millsborough Avenue, Jamaica that same year.
