Our Journey

In 2014 our presence was positively stamped with our 3 storey contemporary living housing solution - Ei8ht, located on Kingsway Avenue, Kingston 10, Jamaica in partnership with Matalon Homes.

The iconic modern thread continued into 2015 with The Sulllivan, 24 stunning apartments prominently positioned on 21 Sullivan Avenue, Kingston 8, Jamaica with a 4-storey view.

In 2016, in Bloomfield, Mandeville, Jamaica, we acquired 9 acres of breathtaking mountainscape land which will become the home of Jamaica’s first mixed-use property offering the functionality of both residential and commercial developments.

In the highly sought after Kingston 6 neighbourhood, we acquired 1.8 acres of prime residential land off Millsborough Avenue, Jamaica that same year.

We entered commercial territory with the acquisition of 27,000 Square Feet of fully tenanted  commercial building in Portmore, St Catherine, Jamaica in 2017. 

Our investment in the commercial landscape was deepened with the acquisition of 30,000 Square Feet of office/distribution building in New Port West, Kingston 13, Jamaica . 

With an increasing portfolio in distinguished properties, we closed out 2017’s acquisitions with 1.7 acres of cosmopolitan residential land on Braemar Avenue, Kingston 5, Jamaica.

2018 came with a renewed vigor to dominate in the commercial real estate space and with this vision in mind, we acquired in partnership with JMMB Fund Managers, 52,000 Square Feet of fully tenanted commercial building  in Portmore, St Catherine, Jamaica. 

This vigor saw us venturing into partnership with KASE International Limited for the acquisition of ¾ acres of highly sought after commercial real estate land located on Gladstone Drive (off Lady Musgrave Road), Kingston 5, Jamaica.

We eclipsed expectations when in 2019, we launched VIA at Braemar, a hallmark development boasting ninety-nine (99) distinctly designed apartments in a 10-storey high rise located on Braemar Avenue, Kingston 5, Jamaica. 

We acquired 2.5 acres of residential development land on Milford Road (Mystic Ridge) in Ocho Rios, St Ann, Jamaica. 

The path to proven excellence is paved with partnerships and we entered into a joint venture with Jamaica Theological Seminary to develop 1.6 acres of land off West Avenue, Kingston 8, Jamaica.

We reimagined stately living with the completion of GIAU in partnership with Matalon Homes, an ultra-exclusive development marked by 11 villas and 6 apartments on 1.5 acres of land located off Millsborough Avenue, Kingston 6, Jamaica.

We continued to strive for residential dominance and launched AVISTA at Bloomfield in 2020 with the vision of an apartment complex complete with 78 units and 6 floors for residences as part of the mixed-use development planned for Bloomfield in Mandeville, Jamaica.

Beyond the shores of Jamaica, we set our sights on bringing our visions of quintessential living to Grand Cayman with the acquisition of 0.9 acres of canal waterfront development land located off Omega Drive in partnership with Infinity Capital Partners Limited in 2020.

In partnership with Skillex Development Limited, we acquired 22 acres of prime residential land located in Cardiff Hall, Runaway Bay, St Ann.

We made a bold statement in commercial real estate with the groundbreaking of PROVEN PLACE.

Our Caribbean footprint expanded with the launch of The Lagoons, a boutique waterfront development in Grand Cayman, nestled along the serene North Sound Canal in the quiet enclave of Omega Bay. Developed in partnership with Infinity Capital Partners Ltd., this

exclusive community features 13 thoughtfully designed townhomes—a mix of two- and three-bedroom units—each offering private canal-front access, sweeping water views, and modern finishes. The Lagoons redefines affordable luxury and functional island living.

We embraced digital innovation with the online promotion of Sol Harbour, a vibrant residential community in St. Ann, Jamaica, offering a fresh perspective on coastal living.

Further strengthening our commercial portfolio, we partnered with SAJE Logistics Infrastructure Limited to develop a $2B warehouse complex, a strategic move that underscores our role in shaping Jamaica’s industrial and logistics landscape.

We celebrated a trio of completions in 2022, marking a year of architectural excellence and delivery.

In May, we completed Lagoons, followed by Via and Cesar in June, each development a testament to our commitment to modern living and elevated design.

We expanded our international footprint with the acquisition of two resort-residential units at Rum Point Resort in Grand Cayman, along pristine beachfront land located in Grand Cayman, furthering our vision of luxury living beyond Jamaica’s shores.

Our commercial portfolio grew with the acquisition of three warehouses under Ashgo, reinforcing our presence in the logistics and distribution sector.

We proudly completed Avista in November/December, bringing to life the residential component of our mixed-use vision in Bloomfield, Mandeville.

We completed construction on PROVEN Place, a premier commercial development on Gladstone Drive, Kingston 5, Jamaica. This flagship property now proudly houses the Kingston office of PROVEN Wealth and serves as the headquarters of PROVEN Properties, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in both operational excellence and corporate synergy.

In Grand Cayman, we acquired two residential lots totaling 2.02 acres, strengthening our commitment to regional expansion.

Construction commenced on Bahari, a new chapter in our coastal development story.

We broke ground on SOL Harbour, a bold new development poised to redefine waterfront living.

Our regional ambitions took flight with the acquisition of 50% shares in a 31,700 sq. ft. commercial property in Barbados, marking our strategic entry into the Eastern Caribbean.

We launched the PROVEN Properties Facilities and Property Management Department, a dedicated arm focused on elevating service standards and operational excellence across our portfolio.

In April, we broke ground on the momentous Kingston Gateway Warehouses project.

In partnership with Saje Logistics Infrastructure Limited, we are developing a premier mixed-use commercial, office, and warehouse complex at 221–223 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 13.

This transformative 21-lot development offers unmatched connectivity and business potential in the heart of Kingston’s logistics corridor, setting a new benchmark for commercial infrastructure in Jamaica.
